Foshan Zhong-Lian Forging Co., Ltd is located in Chencun Town, Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province. We are a company specialized in manufacturing of steel forging with more than 9,000 square meters in area. There are 80 staffs including 8 technicians. The maximum unit weight is 20 tons. The materials of products are normal carbon steel, alloy steel, abrasion-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel, corrosion-resistant steel and stainless steel. Our products are applicable to the fields such as metallurgical, power generation, boats & ships, automobiles and infrastructures.
We have complete machineries and equipments. The main equipments include 2 sets of 15 tons hammer machinery, 2 sets of 50 tons Heat Treatment Furnaces and one set of 40 tons Rotating Type Shot Blasting Machine.
The company provides the reliable quality assurance. The testing and measuring facilities are complete with Direct-teading Spectrometer, Hydraulic Testing Facility, NDT equipments such as UT、MT And all kinds of large and medium-sized processing equipment.
Our company main business is the production of ship parts forging, hydraulic generator parts forgings, wind turbine parts forging, machinery parts and components manufacture of forgings, mold and other products. With rich experience in forging, has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, and access to CCS、 BV、ABS、 RINA、KR factory classification society recognized certificate.
